Connected product services
This website notice covers browsing and business enquiries. Client-operated Prospero and Tempest OS services have separate notices and agreed processing arrangements. These can involve customer contact records, call transcripts, optional recordings, lettings enquiry information, Case activity, parcel-label details and collection records.
For Prospero Voice, notice and the consent step are provided at the beginning of the call. Recording is optional at the client’s request. Service-specific purposes, access, retention and suppliers must be explained in the relevant client notice and processing agreement. Contact the operating organisation about its service records.

Tempest AI Limited is the controller for personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14078164. Our registered office is 311 Regents Park Road, London, England, N3 1DP.

Please do not submit resident information, special-category data or other sensitive material through the demo form.
3. Contact form and recipients
Formspree receives the form fields and routes the enquiry to us. Google reCAPTCHA is loaded when you submit the form to assess abuse and may process device, browser, IP and interaction information. Cloudflare hosts, delivers and protects the website and may process connection and security data.
These providers process information under their own terms and our applicable arrangements. Their services may involve processing outside the UK; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used. You can read the providers’ notices at Formspree, Google and Cloudflare.
5. Retention and security
We retain enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Provider security logs and storage are retained under the relevant provider arrangements. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service is completely risk-free.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
